Sumac is a natural anti-microbial according to the Handbook of Herbs and Spices and Thyme Oil is also has shown a scientifically significant effect against virus, bacteria, etc. according to the Essential Oils as Antimicrobial agents. We also add a bit of Colloidal Silver, Eucalyptus and other essential oils known for their organic germ fighting strengths.
